MINA YASSA - PRESIDENT
Constructive was founded in 2018 by Mr. Mina Yassa who aims to capitalize on his impressive 15 years of experience in the Project Management and Construction Industry field. He managed to do so by providing premium and top-notch consulting services. Over these extensive years of experience, Mr.Yassa has worked with different stakeholders such as developers, contractors, and consultants where he was responsible for establishing the overall strategic direction of the business and planning. Prior to founding the firm, he held senior executive positions at Hill International and Orascom Construction Industries.
HANY EMAM - CEO
Mr. Emam has 30 years of construction project management experience in the USA, the Middle East, and Egypt. As CEO of Constructive, he oversees the strategic direction of the company by being responsible for managing the company's overall plans, and programs operations such as delegating and directing long-term growth initiatives, driving profitability, and managing company organizational structure, and strategy.
MEDHAT WISSA
Vice President For Engineering & Quality Management
Mr. Wissa brings over 50 years of experience in construction consultancy due to his role as Vice President for Quality Management at Constructive where overseeing all procedures and activities or tasks that must be accomplished to maintain a desired level of excellence in determining a quality policy, creating and implementing quality planning and assurance and quality control, quality improvement, Design Management, Technical Coordination, Preparation of Tender and Construction Packages, with Client Interface and leadership of Technical and Contractual teams for a wide range of projects. His experience with USAID and as a consultant on both local and regional construction projects in diverse fields has made him an instrumental force in Constructive rapid growth and success.

Mr. Sultan’s 30 years of experience in the Egyptian and regional real estate, industrial and infrastructure sectors have given him a deep knowledge of the market’s needs and gaps. At Constructive, he brings a global view and remarkable versatility to his role as Vice President for Investment where his focus lies in developing growth strategies and leveraging the company’s unique abilities to implement and deliver complex projects across a wide range of sectors and markets.
